How long does it take to make my order? Every piece is made to order. Production takes about 3 days, then it ships out — no sitting in a queue behind pre-made stock.

How long does shipping take? Once your piece is made, it typically arrives in 3–5 business days. All in, plan on about a week from order to doorstep.

Where do these ship from? Orders are produced and ship from Salt Lake City, Utah.

What if I don't love it? We guarantee it. If your piece isn't everything you hoped for, reach out and we'll make it right — whether that's a remake or a refund.

What are the mats made of?  Our mats are made of Coir, also known as coconut husks. This is a quickly renewable resource that is also durable and natural!

Can I clean my mat? To wash a coco (coir) mat, shake or beat off loose debris. Spot-clean stains using a soft brush, warm water, and a mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly, avoiding full saturation. Finally, hang it vertically in indirect sunlight or a well-ventilated area to dry completely.

How good is the laser engraving quality? We use precision laser engraving for crisp, permanent detail — no fading, peeling, or smudging over time. Every line is burned in, not printed on.

Mine came rolled up — will it lie flat? Yes. It ships rolled for protection, but it will relax and lie flat within a few days of unrolling. Unroll it as soon as it arrives and let it rest in its final spot (weighting the edges or corners for a day speeds this up). A day in the warm sun will speed up this process.

Why does it smell smoky when it arrives? That's just the laser doing its job. A faint smoky scent is normal right after engraving and fades on its own — leaving it outside (or in a well-ventilated space) for a day or two clears it right up.

Can I customize my order? Yes — that's the whole point. Send us your design, text, or photo, and we'll laser engrave it exactly to spec.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! Due to the size it can be a bit pricey. After adding your item to the shopping cart you can review shipping items and prices. Please note we do not collect VAT or Duties for your country. They may be charged upon arrival.
